We strive to give your pets the best experience during their grooming so they feel clean and comfortable and look beautiful.
They are given a warm bath, massaged to get the shampoo right through the coat and down to the skin. They are then conditioned, dried and styled to your preference.
Badly matted fur is not good for your pet’s skin so we will with your permission cut the fur short.
Please note: We do not use dips or tranquillisers.
Pets Parlour we have a very strict standard on animal and groomer safety. Each groomer is educated in the behavioural patterns of the animals. No pets are allowed to mix with other customers' pets so as to control cross infection or fighting. Your pets are in caring hands when they are groomed at Pets Parlour.
We offer a collection and delivery service as we are aware that you possibly don’t have time during the week to drop your pets off with us. They travel in an air-conditioned van and small dogs travel in cages.
Water is put in each pet's cage on arrival and completion and fans are outside the cages should it be a very hot day. They are also given organic biscuits if allowed.
